This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been preferred claiming the following reliefs: -

“It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that your Lordships

may graciously be pleased to accept and allow the present

criminal misc. petition and impugned order dated

27.01.2016 passed by learned Session Judge, Jalore, and

the order dated 11.10.2001 passed by learned ACJM,

Jalore, taking cognizance against the petitioners for the

offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324/149, 326/149

of IPC may kindly be quashed and set aside.”
