Order

After advancing the arguments for some time, learned
counsel for the petitioners sought to withdraw the present PIL
petition when it was brought to the notice of him that Court would
not entertain such a petition as the impugned land was allocated
(2 of 2)
[CW-5185/2021]
for the purpose of setting up a hostel for minority children
studying in local ITI.
Accordingly, the present writ petition (PIL) is dismissed as
withdrawn. However, it shall be open for the petitioners to
approach the district administration for alternate land which is
appropriate for the Gochar, if the same is found to be unfit.
