The case comes up on an application (01/22) for withdrawal

of the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of

the subsequent events, he wants to withdraw the present writ

petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as
