This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being

aggrieved with the order dated 11.11.2021 passed by the

Permanent Lok Adalat, Jodhpur whereby the application preferred

on behalf of the respondent No.1 under Section 22-B of the Legal

Services Authorities Act, 1987 was allowed and the Permanent Lok

Adalat has directed the petitioner Insurance Company to pay a

compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- and further ordered that if the

payment is not made within a period of three months, interest will

be paid at the rate of 6%.
