The instant second bail application has been filed under

Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in

connection with FIR No. 156/2019 registered at Police Station

Ramsinghpur, Sri Ganganagar, for offences punishable under

Sections 8/22, 25 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic

Substances Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

content of narcotic substance in the recovered tablets of Tramadol

is below commercial quantity. Relying on the judgment of the

Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of E. Micheal Raj vs.

Intelligence Officer, Narcotic Control Bureau : (2008) 5 SCC
