After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

he does not want to press this writ petition, however, seeks liberty

for the petitioner to file representation before the District

Collector, Sri Ganganagar. It is prayed that the District Collector,

Sri Ganganagar be directed to decide the said representation

expeditiously.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty to the petitioner to file representation

before the District Collector, Sri Ganganagar for ventilating its

grievance within a period of two weeks from today. However, if

any such representation is filed by the petitioner within stipulated

time, it is expected that the District Collector, Sri Ganganagar shall

consider and deice the same expeditiously strictly in accordance

with law.

Stay petition also stands dismissed.
