In furtherance of the directions given by this Court, the

parties were sent for mediation which proved successful. The

mediator’s report has been received, which is reproduced

herinbelow:-

“On last date the Bank was asked to bring final amount payable to it

which is as under:-

A/c DOD: Outstanding including interest upto 1/8/18 : Rs.2,68,989.

A/c KCC: Outstanding including interest upto 1/8/18 : Rs.9,36,203.00

Total

: Rs.12,05,192/-

The amount on hold towards court fee, legal

fee and lawyers fee (except for lawyer for High

:Rs.1,14,500/-

Court matter) payable by Bank to SDO/Govt. Etc.
