Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that this
writ petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the

petitioners to move a representation before the Liquidator with a
direction to the Liquidator to decide the representation of the
petitioners expeditiously within a fixed period.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with
liberty to the petitioners to move a representation before the
Liquidator concerned within a period of four weeks from today.
In case any such representation is filed on behalf of the
petitioners before the Liquidator, then the Liquidator shall take
decision on the same expeditiously preferably within a period of
90 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the
petitioners strictly in accordance with the Rules and Guidelines
governing the field.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
The stay petition is also disposed of.
