The petitioner is aggrieved by so called illegal construction

raised by the respondent No.4 – trust in the agricultural land

without converting the same for commercial/residential purposes.

It appears that the petitioner has already filed a complaint

before the Lokayukta, Secretariat raising the very same grievance.

In such circumstances, when the petitioner has already

approached the different forum for redressal of his grievance, I do

not find case for interference.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed.

Stay petition is also dismissed.
