The present bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.

559/2013, Police Station C.P.S. A.C.B. Jaipur (A.C.B. Chowki

Rajsamand), for the offences punishable under Sections 13(1)(c)

(d)/13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 409,

420, 467, 193 & 120-B of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

is behind the bars since 11.04.2022. Challan of the case has

already been presented. No investigation is pending against the

petitioner and the trial of th
