Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.

The petitioner has been arrested in FIR No.6/2019 of Women

Police Station, District Banswara for the offence punishable under

Section 376 IPC. He has preferred this bail application under

Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there

is delay of around one month in filing the complaint against the

petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

the allegation of sexual assault against the petitioner is false. It is

argued that the allegation of sexual assault has also not been

corroborated by the medical evide
