This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being

aggrieved with the order dated 31.12.2020 passed by the District

Collector, Bikaner whereby, the District Collector, Bikaner has

alloted 0.40 hactare land of village Delwan for the purpose of

construction of Gram Panchayat Bhawan and 0.40 hactare land of

another khasra is recorded as gochar in view of the said allotment.
