In this criminal appeal filed by appellant/convict, Sant Ram,

from Central Jail, Sri Ganganagar, the judgment dated 09.06.2010

passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge (Fast Track), Annopgarh,

HQ- Suratgarh, District Sri Ganganagar, in Session Case

No.8/2010, is under challenge, whereby the accused appellant
