This writ petition is directed against judgment dated

3.12.07 of the Board of Revenue Rajasthan, Ajmer whereby

a second appeal preferred by the petitioner herein against

the judgment and decree dated 27.4.01 passed by the

Revenue Appellate Authority, (“RAA”) Jodhpur, affirming the

judgment and decree dated 1.11.2000 passed by the

Assistant Collector, Jodhpur dismissing the suit preferred by

the petitioner under Section 88 and 188 of the Rajasthan

Tenancy Act, 1955 (“the Act”) for declaration of Khatedari

rights and permanent injunction, stands dismissed.

The relevant facts are that the petitioner preferred a

suit for declaration of Khatedari rights and permanent

injunction in respect of agriculture land ad-measuring 12

bighas 8 biswas comprising Khasra No.752/26 of Revenue

Village-Guda Vishnoiyan, Tehsil Luni, District Jodhpur. The
