In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant

caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court,

for the safety of all concerned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that

the petitioner may be permitted to give representation alongwith

[CRLMP-2694/2021]

all the relevant documents before the concerned investigating

officer, which may be decided before completing the investigation.

In light of such submission, this misc. petition is disposed of

with a direction to the concerned investigating officer to decide the

representation of the petitioner, before completing the

investigation, strictly in accordance with law. All pending

applications also stand disposed of.
