1.

The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioners for

quashment of FIR No.0166 dated 04.04.2022 registered at P.S.

Pratapgarh District Pratapgarh vide which allegations under

Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal

Code have been levelled against the petitioners.

2.

Having regard to the allegations made in the FIR, this Court

deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners to join the

investigation.

3.

The petitioners may file a representation before the

Investigating Officer, who shall consider the same in accordance

with law.

4.

In case the Investigating Officer comes to the conclusion

that a cognizable offence is made out against the petitioners, he

shall issue a notice to the petitioners as required under Section

41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

5.

The criminal misc. petition so also stay petition stands

disposed of accordingly.

6.

Needless to observe that the petitioners’ remedy for taking

appropriate action shall stand reserved.
