This Criminal Misc. Petition has been

filed by the petitioner against the order

dated 02.07.2013 passed by the Additional

Sessions Judge, Balotra, District Barmer in

Sessions Case No.25/2012 (Old No.21/2011)

State V/s. Sakaram @ Shantilal, whereby the

application filed by the petitioner under

Section 311 Cr.P.C. for recalling the PW-2

Dr. Sunita Surfaliya has been rejected.

It is noticed that earlier also the

petitioner has filed S.B.Cr.M.P. No.1195/2013

Bhura Ram V/s. State of Rajasthan & Anr., in

this Court and the same was disposed of by

this Court vide order dated 29.08.2013 with

the following observations:-
