All the above mentioned writ petitions shall stand

decided by this common order as the issue involved therein is

identical.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for disposal of

this writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the

respondents in the light of the judgments of this Court in the

cases of Praveen Chand Jain Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

(S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6217/2006) decided on

23.09.2013 as well as Jorawar Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan

& Ors. (S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 555/2005) decided on

07.11.2006 and Yogesh Kumar Pareek Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. (S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3534/2009)

decided on 20.01.2014. The representation aforesaid may be

considered by the respondents in the light of the judgments supra.

In view of the limited prayer, the above writ petitions

are disposed of with liberty sought for.
