The instant intra court appeal has been preferred by the

appellant-writ petitioner herein for assailing the order dated

02.05.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge, rejecting the writ

petition preferred by the petitioner.

Through the writ petition, the petitioner sought to challenge

the order (Annexure-6) dated 30.03.2022, whereby sanction to

prosecute the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section

7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act was issued.
