The petitioner, who is an Agriculture Officer, has been

transferred by the order impugned dated 15.06.2015 from the

Office of Deputy Director, Agricultural (Extension), Zila Parishad,

Sri Gangangar to the Office of Assistant Director, Garden, Sri

Ganganagar.

In the petition, it has been, inter alia, pleaded that

the petitioner is at the verge of retirement and he will be

superannuated in the month of January 2018. It is further averred

in the petition that fourth respondent is posted at the same place

i.e. in the Office of Deputy Director, Agricultural (Extension), Zila

Parishad Sri Ganganagar since last more than two decades and the

petitioner has only been a singled out in spite of the fact that he

has been recently transferred to Sri Ganganagar from Jodhpur.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

upon perusal of the grounds urged in the petition, I
