In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, lawyers have been

advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.

The petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition

under Section 482 Cr.P.C. claiming the following relief:-

“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed by the

humble petitioner, that this Criminal Misc. Petition may

kindly be allowed and in the interest of justice the impugned

order dated 31.08.2020 passed by the learned Trial Court

i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mawli, Udaipur, may

kindly be quashed and set aside and the registered vehicle

of the petitioner car Fortuner GJ01-RH-7200 may kindly

ordered
