The instant criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

has been filed by the petitioners against the order dated

10.07.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gharsana,

District Sriganganagar in FIR No.167/2017 whereby the learned

Magistrate rejected the application filed by the petitioners for re-

sending the thumb impression and signatures of the deceased for

forensic examination and seeking a prayer for re-investigation of
