It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that though

after facing selection the petitioner was posted at Mahatma

Gandhi Govt. School (English Medium), Dungrana (Bhadra),

District Hanumangarh, now the petitioner wants to go back to

Hindi medium school, for which the petitioner has made a

representation, however, the same has not been decided by the

competent authority and therefore, the competent authority may

be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner.

In view of submissions made, the writ petition filed by the

petitioner is disposed of. The respondent competent authority is

directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner

appropriately and expeditiously, preferably within a period of three

weeks from the date the copy of this order is placed by the

petitioner with the competent authority. The petitioner will be free

to file a detailed representation, if so advised.
