In pursuance of the direction given by this Court

on 05.07.2013, the results of the petitioners No.2 and 3

have been produced by the learned counsel for the

respondent – University today before this Court. The

petitioner No.2 has been declared fail in the B.Sc. Nursing

Part-I Examination, whereas the petitioner No.3 has been

declared pass in the said Examination.

Be that as it may, the counsel for the petitioners

has submitted that the respondents have denied the

petitioners to appear in the Examination as they have failed

to submit their enrollment forms within stipulated time fixed

by the respondents.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the

petitioners that now the respondent – University has issued

an office order dated 22.06.2013, whereby a decision has

been taken that the students, who have not submitted their

enrollment forms within time, they may submit their

enrollment forms b
