The matter comes upon an application on behalf of the

petitioner seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner

may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, inasmuch as

petitioner intends to avail the benefit under the Amnesty Scheme,

2021. Learned counsel further submits that in case the petitioner

is not extended the benefit under the Amnesty Scheme, the

petitioner may be granted liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion

arises.

The application seeking leave to withdraw the petition is

allowed.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as

prayed for.
