1.

The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Code’)

has been filed by the petitioner for quashment of the FIR

No.262/2022, registered at P.S. Naya Sahar, District Bikaner vide

which allegations for the offences under Sections 379, 411, 413,

419, 420, 467, 468 & 120-B of IPC have been levelled against the

petitioner.

2.

Having regard to the allegations made in the FIR, this Court

deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to join the

investigation.

3.

The petitioner may file a representation within 10 days

before the Investigating Officer, who shall consider the same
