Learned counsel for the petitioners, after having attempted

to argue the above writ petitions for some time, felt advised to

withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to file a

representation before the Competent Authority of the Gram

Panchayat for redressal of their grievances.

Accordingly, the above writ petitions are dismissed with

liberty as prayed for. However, the interim order granted by this

Court vide order dated 20.08.2019 shall remain in currency for a

period of 15 days from today.
