This criminal misc. petition under Section

482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner

with a prayer for quashing charge sheet No.5/12

dated 9.1.2012 filed by the Additional

Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau

and the order dated 5.7.2012 passed by the

Sessions Judge, Anti Corruption Act, Bikaner

Rajasthan whereby the cognizance has been taken

against the petitioner for the offence under

Sections 7, (13)(1)(d), 13(2) of Prevention of

Corruption Act, 1998 and 120-B I.P.C.

Brief facts of the case are that on a

complaint of one Shri Indrajeet S/o Daulat Ram

R/o Chak 11, RDY Ranjeetpura, District Bikaner

in Anti Corruption Bureau Office, Bikaner trap

proceedings were conducted by the Anti

Corruption Bureau team at Police Station Bajju

on 11.6.2009 at about 4 PM and Constable Bhura

Ram was caught red handed receiving bribe of

Rs.9,000/
