This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved

of the order dated 8/8/2023 (Annex.7), whereby, he has been

placed under suspension in exercise of powers under Rule 13 of

the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal)

Rules, 1958 (‘the Rules, 1958’).

It is inter alia submitted that the suspension of the petitioner

is outcome of political interference, whereby, the respondents

anyhow wanted to remove the petitioner from the post of
