The petitioner has approached this court by way of the

instant criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 CrPC

seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of Case No.84/2009

(Rajendra Kumar Vs. Sanjay Dalmia & Ors.) pending before the

learned Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ist class, Bar District

Pali for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 427 of the IPC .

Learned counsel Shri D.S. Udawat representing the petitioner

submits that a criminal complaint was submitted by the private

respondent in the Court of Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ist

class, Bar District Pali alleging therein that the petitioner herein

has introduced himself to be a supplier of explosive
