By this writ petition the only relief has been prayed by the

petitioner-institution to issue direction to the respondents to

inspect it pursuant to the application filed by it for starting B.Sc.

Nursing Course.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-institution has contended

that the petitioner-institution has already submitted the

application for that purpose and has completed the requisite

formalities as well as deposited the requisite fee but the

respondents are not conducing its inspection without there being

any justified reasons.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner-institution,

after perusing the material available on record and in view of the

limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner-institution, this

writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to

conduct the inspection of the petitioner-institution pursuant to it’s

application for starting B.Sc. Nursing Course expeditiously strictly

in accordance with law, if all the requisite formalities are

completed by it.

Stay petition also stands disposed of.
