By this criminal misc. application, the petitioners seeks

correction in the order dated 18.08.2018 passed in S.B. Criminal

Misc. Petition No.2547/2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the order

dated 18.08.2018, due to typographical error, father name of

petitioner No.1-Rubina Bano typed as “Roshan Khan” instead of

“Gulab Khan”.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this

Court feels that due to inadvertence, the aforementioned mistake

has occurred. Hence, the same is rectified and it is ordered that in

the order dated 18.08.2018 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition

No.2547/2018, in place of “Roshan Khan”, “Gulab Khan” may

be read.

With these observations, this criminal misc. application is

disposed of.
