This bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC in

connection with FIR No.251/2017 registered at Police Station,

Bijoliya, District Bhilwara for the offence under Section 19/54 of

Rajasthan Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the

petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in

judicial lock-up since long and the conclusion of trial will take

time, hence, he be released on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application in

general.
