This second application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has

been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection

with FIR No.382/2022 registered at Police Station Gulabpura,

District Bhilwara, for offences under Sections 8/15 of NDPS Act.

Learned counsel submitted that as per prosecution, Rajesh

Tiwari, In-charge, Police Station, Gulabpura on 24.08.2022

received a wireless information that one white coloured Innova

Car loaded with huge quantity of contraband would be passing

through the highway. On receiving aforesaid information, Rajesh

Tiwari along with police team, reached NH-48 and flagged down

one white coloured Innova bearing registration No.RJ-14-TA-1947.
