The present petitions under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Code’)

have been filed by the petitioners for quashment of FIR

No.0545/2022, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District

Nagaur vide which allegations under Sections 420 and 406 of the

Indian Penal Code have been levelled against the petitioners.
