The present bail application has been filed under Section
439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in
connection with F.I.R. No.216/2016 registered at Police Station
Basni, Jodhpur, for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471
& 120B of IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public
Prosecutor.
It is submitted that the petitioner is behind the bars since
July, 2017 and the petitioner has been arrested in connection
offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC, which

are triable Magistrate and no recovery or investigation is required
from him, therefore, the petitioner may enlarged on bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the prayer of
the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and
upon a consideration of the arguments advanced at the bar, this
Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by the
petitioner deserves to be accepted.
Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered
that the accused-petitioner, Navdeep Agrawal S/o Shri Dinesh
Chandra Agrawal, arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.216/2016
of Police Station- Basni, Jodhpur, shall be released on bail;
provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two
surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned
trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all
dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
