BY THE COURT:-
This writ petition has been preferred by the
petitioner against the order dated 3.6.2013 passed by
the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge,
Dungarpur (hereinafter referred as 'the appellate court')
in appeal preferred by the respondent No.1 whereby the
learned appellate court allowed the appeal and remanded
the matter to the trial court with certain directions.
Brief facts of the case are that the plaintiff-
respondent No.1 along with two other persons preferred
a suit for permanent injunction under Order 7 Rule 1
C.P.C. with the prayer to grant declaration to the effect
that the petitioner-defendant No.1 has no right to
represent the District Cricket Association, Doongarpur
and does not have any right to work on behalf of the said
association and permanent injunction of this effect has

also been prayed. Along with the suit for permanent
injunction,
