1.

After arguing for some time learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition,

however, with a prayer that the Revisional Court be directed to

decide the revision expeditiously.

In view of the request so made, the petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.

3.

The petitioner may however move an application before the

trial Court for expeditious disposal of the revision.

4.

The Revisional Court shall decide the same as early as

possible considering that the parties are already engaged in

multiple litigations and the trial Court vide its order dated

28.06.2022 had already passed interlocutory order in petitioner’s

favour.

5.

The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
