Petitioner has filed this criminal revision petition under

Section 397 read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. to assail the impugned

judgment dated 11.06.2021 passed by Learned Special Judge,

NDPS Cases Falodi, District Jodhpur (for short, ‘learned trial

Court’) whereby the learned trial Court rejected the application

under Section 457 Cr.P.C., moved by the petitioner for releasing

the Hyundai Verna CRDI EX 1.6 bearing No.RJ 19 CD 2729, Chesis

No.MALCU41ULBM021314, Engine No.D4FBBU977424.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

counsel for the resopndent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in support of his
