After arguing for some time, Mr. Dhanesh Saraswat,

learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he would be

satisfied if appropriate direction is issued to the District Collector,

Pali to decide petitioner’s application under Section 14 of the

Securitation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and

Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, ‘the Act of

2002’) expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid and in view of the statutory

provision given under Section 14 of the Act of 2002, the

respondent No.1 is directed to decide petitioner’s application

under Section 14 of the Act of 2002, within a period of 15 days

from placing certified copy of the order instant.

The writ petition as well as stay petition is disposed of

accordingly.
