The petitioner-landlord has preferred this writ petition under

Section 226 & 227 of Constitution of India seeking direction

against the learned Rent Tribunal, Nagaur to decide its Rent

Petition No.03/2018 titled as “Aabdi Husain & Anr. Vs. Mahipal

Singh” expeditiously.

2.

I have considered the submissions.

The Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001 provides for time

bound expeditious disposal of the petitions.

4.

In view of the above, it would be just and appropriate to

dispose of this writ petition with the expectation that the learned

Tribunal shall proceed with the adjudication of rent case with

promptitude and dispose of the same at the earliest preferably

within a period of 240 days from today, strictly in accordance with

law.
