08/12/2021 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 08.05.2015 (Annex.-19), whereby the petitioner has been placed under suspension in contemplation of petitioner was relieved from GNM School of Nursing, Udaipur.

The petitioner, while working at GNM School of Nursing as Nursing Tutor, was served with the order dated 08.05.2015 (Annex.-19), inter alia, indicating that on account of harassment of a female employee at GNM School of Nursing, Udaipur, a departmental inquiry was in contemplation against the petitioner and, therefore, he was required to be suspended and, consequently, exercising powers under Rule 13(1) of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958, the petitioner was placed under suspension and by order dated 15.05.2015 (Annex.-20), the petitioner was relieved from the said position.

By order dated 16.05.2015, a coordinate Bench of this Court, stayed the effect and operation of both the orders (Annex.-19 and Annex.-20).
