Order

16/12/2022

These review petitions have been filed by the petitioners,

inter alia, with the submissions that the issue now stands covered

by order in Kanhaiya Lal v. State of Raj. & Anr.: SBCW

No.3595/2022

and other connected matters, decided on

01.12.2022.

The orders were passed in the writ petitions prior to

01.12.2022, passing of a subsequent judgment, cannot give a

cause to file the review petitions qua the order already passed, in

view of the proviso to order XLVII, Rule 1 CPC.

Even otherwise, the directions were given to the petitioners

to make a representation. In the representation, the petitioners

can also rely on the order in the case of Kanhaiya Lal (supra) and

it is expected of the respondents to deal with the same

appropriately.

With the above observations, the review petitions stand

disposed of.
