Mr. Harish Kumar Purohit, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioners submits that the petitioners have cleared their entire

dues towards the loan taken from the respondent – Bank and

therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ

petition.

2.

He makes a prayer that the respondent – Bank be directed

to handover the possession of the secured assets of the

petitioners so also the related documents.

3.

The writ petitions are dismissed as having become

infructuous.

4.

In case entire dues have been cleared by the petitioners,

needful be done within a period of seven days of receiving a

certified copy of the order instant.

5.

Needless to observe that if any of petitioners’ grievances still

persists, they will be free to apply for another writ petition.

6.

Stay petitions also stand dismissed accordingly.
