In S.B. Criminal Misc(Pet.) No. 6638/2022 :-

This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been preferred for fair investigation in FIR No.100/2021 registered

at P.S. Salamgarh, Pratapnagar.

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the

final report/closure report has been chalked out.

The factual report furnished by learned Public Prosecutor is

taken on record.

In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed

of with liberty to the petitioner to take-up all his legal issues at

appropriate forum. All pending applications stand disposed of.

In S.B. Criminal Misc (Pet.) Nos. 1349/2022 &

2226/2022 :-

These criminal misc. petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have

been preferred for quashing of FIR No.100/2021 registered at P.S.

Salamgarh, Pratapnagar for the offence under Sections 420 & 406

of IPC.

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the

final report/closure report has been chalked out.

The factual report is already taken on record in S.B. Criminal

Misc. Petition No.6638/2022.

In light of such submission, the present petitions are
