This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being

aggrieved with the order dated 03.08.2016, whereby the

application filed by the original petitioner Bhanwari Devi to

implead her as party respondent in the Revision Petition

No.63/2015 pending before the District Collector, Pali has been

rejected.

During the course of arguments, it is revealed that the

Revision Petition No.63/2015 has already been finally decided by

the District Collector, Pali. In such circumstances, when the

revision petition, in which, the original petitioner had filed

application for impledment, has already been decided finally, this

writ petition filed by the petitioner has become infructuous. The

writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as having become

infructuous.

However, the petitioner is free to avail appropriate remedy

available to her under the law, whereby the Municipal Council, Pali

has refused to give permission to raise construction.
