The case comes up on an application for correction in the

order dated 15.11.2021 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. (Petition)

No.298/2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the

factual report received by learned Public Prosecutor, the police

proposed to file a negative final report in the matter and since the

petitioner is not being proceeded against the said FIR, the present

misc. petition may be disposed of in light of the factual report

received
