This second application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has

been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection

with FIR No.230/2022 registered at Police Station Mandal, District

Bhilwara, for offences under Sections 363, 342, 354, 354-A IPC,

9(M)/10, 11/12 of POCSO Act.
