Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.

The petitioner has been arrested in FIR No.50/2018 of Police

Station, Sarwana, District Jalore for the offences punishable under

Sections 341, 323, 307/34, 324 and 326/34 I.P.C. He has

preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-

accused persons Nanjiram and Nemaram, against whom allegation

of inflicting injuries have been levelled, have already been

enlarged on bail by this Court and the allegation against the

petitioner is to the effect that he was present along with those co-

accused persons and no specific act has been assigned to the

petitioner.
