The present second bail application has been filed under

Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial

custody in connection with F.I.R. No.79/20, Police Station

Ambamata, District Udaipur, registered for the offence under

Sections 323, 341, 307, 324, 326, 120B read with Section 34 IPC

and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that on 14.08.2020,

the first bail application No.6210/2020 was dismissed with a
